seashell

I was walking down the street having a what-am-I-doing-with-my-life moment today when I looked up at the sky and then down at the ground. Sitting in the dirt (far from the sea), was this shell. Thanks, universe.

  1. don’t you just love little “signs” like that?

i wish you all the best of luck in your new country and new continent! i’m moving across the country from virginia to california in a few months, and though it’s not nearly as far as you’ve travelled, i feel i can relate (or will relate once i get there). i have moments of extreme excitement and then moments where i feel like my insides are freaking out. but i know it’s a good thing and i know it will just take time and once i’m there for a few months, i’ll wonder what the heck i was ever worried about ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. A little sign that home is never too far away.

I love those moments, “thank you universe, I needed that”

  3. Love this!

  4. You rock, girl! Love your appreciation for nature and although you may be homesick for Hawaii…Australia isn’t all that bad:-) Studied abroad in Sydney…not sure which town/city you are in but taking the coogee to bondi beach trail along the water will bring you comfort and peace (I promise)!

  5. This is beautiful! What a great “sign”!

  6. Make sure you remember that moment! I moved to Austrlia last year so can understand how you feel. I knew 1 person, but now I have made so many good friends – and you will be the same just give it time.
I love this post…maybe because I get called Shell hehe x

  7. Love when that happens. Thinking of you as you’re starting out on this new adventure!

  8. Love!

  9. Love things like this, it shows you should never give up hope!
